The B.V.O. (Bulldog Volunteer Organization) is the same as a Parent/Teacher Organization (PTO) at other public school facilities. The BVO has been established for many years, including the time when the building housed 6th & 7th graders.
Currently the BVO is led by the building Assistant Principal, Ms. Sullivan. Parents are invited to join the BVO during book checkout days but are welcome to join at any time during the school year. Membership fee is $1.00. By joining the BVO parents are invited to meet once a quarter. An email is sent out informing members about the upcoming meetings such as the date, room number, and time. An agenda is followed for the meetings with discussions of numerous topics.
Activities that BVO members generally sponsor are: Perfect Discipline, Red Ribbon Week, Winter & Spring Dances, Clothes Closet, Fund Raisers, American Education Week, and Teacher Appreciation Week.
If you have any questions please feel free to call or email Ms. Delina at (573)471-1720 or firstname.lastname@example.org
