I began teaching girls 8th & 9th grade Physical Education at Sikeston Junior High in 1998. I have been with the Sikeston R-6 Public Schools teaching at the junior high level. I currently teach 7th & 8th grade boys’ & girls’ Health. Also I have a 7th * 8th grade girls’ Physical Education/Health class as well.
My teaching career began in 1981.
My previous schools were in Louisiana and Mississippi. They are as follows:

I have been married for 41 years to Ron Medlin. We were married in 1979.
Yes, I have three adult children: two daughters – Jaime and Jennifer and one son – Ben. I have three grand children: Henry, George and Lucy. They are very dear to my heart.
We moved to Cape Girardeau, MO in the summer of 1998 and I was offered a teaching/coaching position at the Sikeston Junior High School. My children attended Sikeston schools and graduated from Sikeston High School. They went on to get degrees from colleges in Missouri and are successful in their chosen careers.
