I have been a counselor at Sikeston Junior High School since 2010. I am availble for meetings or sessions before or after school, if needed, along with the counseling offered during the day to junior high students as part of our comprehensive guidance and counseling program. 

I taught English Language Arts at New Madrid Central High School for six years before I began working for Sikeston Public Schools.

I currently reside in Sikeston with my husband, Vest, my two children, Anabeth and Pierce who attend Sikeston High School. I also have a school therapy dog, Lucy, who comes to the junior high with me 3 days a week. We are all Bulldog Proud!!

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.  I spend a lot of time on the baseball field with my son, and at the barn with my daughter while she rides her horse. We are members of First United Methodist Church and big fans of Mississippi State Bulldogs!
